Get to know the photographer
Photography & Journalism
My interest in photography and journalism started with my grandmother. We spent hours reading National Geographic magazines and marveling at the beautiful photos and wonderful adventures inside.
I grew up in the middle-of-nowhere Georgia dreaming of becoming a photojournalist. I went to Mercer University and married my husband a few years after graduation. I worked as a reporter at The Telegraph in Macon for six years and joined the Georgia Army National Guard.
Now, we are thriving in Atlanta! I look forward to working with you to capture your memories and most precious moments.

As you have probably noticed, I have an interesting background. I have travelled the world, had incredible experiences, and met fantastic people. Luckily, I've been able to do all of those things with my best friend by my side.
I cultivate so much joy from taking photos of people that they love and that they want to share. I know the disappointment of receiving photos that fail to highlight your true self, and I strive to ensure my clients never have that experience.
